Vegetable soup, a dessert cake with apples and cranberries

Apple pie is one of my favorites. Since Thailand is not sour apples, I added cranberries, it came out amazing, more delicious than to only apples.

Аlso I cook vegetarian vegetable soup with garlic croutons.

Vegetarian soups now one of my favorites, they are fast to prepare, they are light and delicious.

Siam Classic 1-st Bodybuilding Championship 2012

On Saturday we visited the first championship of bodybuilding in Thailand. I was the first time in my life at such competitions, it was very spectacular.

The first were women, there were only five athletes.

 

Then the men, they were very much in different weight categories.

This shows a great incentive to keep your body in shape.
